JOHNSTONE, Justice.

We granted R.E.C. and A.T.C.'s petition for a writ of certiorari to determine whether the Court of Civil Appeals, in reversing the judgment of the Geneva County Juvenile Court, reweighed the evidence, substituted the judgment of that appellate court for the judgment of the juvenile court, and thereby violated the ore tenus rule. We reverse and remand.
