This appeal arises from a summary judgment granted by the trial court in favor of Defendant, State Farm Insurance Company ("State Farm"), and against Plaintiff, Louisiana Claims Adjustment Bureau, Inc. ("LCAB"). LCAB now appeals the judgment of the trial court. For the reasons stated herein, we affirm.
