OPINION BY STEVENS, J.:

¶ 1 This is an appeal from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County after a jury convicted Appellant of murder in the first degree,1 aggravated assault,2 five counts of robbery,3 four counts of possessing an instrument of crime,4 and violating the uniform firearms act.
