This case (and thirty other "related" cases1) arises out of injuries sustained by the release of liquified anhydrous ammonia after a train derailment in North Dakota. Before the Court is plaintiffs' Motion for Remand and For Costs and Attorney's Fees. For the reasons stated below, the Court will deny the Motion.
