HENNESSY, J.

The petitioner, Bobby Groomes, appeals from the judgment of the habeas court rendered after it dismissed in part his third amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. On appeal, the petitioner claims that the court improperly concluded that he was provided with effective assistance of counsel. We affirm the judgment of the habeas court.
