JONES v. DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAM.

No. 1D02-5062.

871 So.2d 295 (2004)

James JONES, Appellant, v. DEPARTMENT OF CHILDREN AND FAMILIES, Appellee.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

Rehearing Denied April 30, 2004.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Ben R. Patterson of Patterson & Traynham, Tallahassee, for Appellant.

John R. Perry, Assistant District Legal Counsel, Department of Children and Families, Tallahassee, for Appellee.

PER CURIAM.

In this appeal of a final order of the Department of Children and Families which disqualified James Jones from employment, Jones argues the Department wrongfully disqualified him from his employment "as it had no statutory authority to do so." This argument is without merit. Accordingly, the final order is AFFIRMED.
