¶ 1 These consolidated appeals arise from Dorian Lamont Montgomery's (Appellant) appeal from the judgment of sentence entered on March 4, 2003, in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's (the Commonwealth) appeal from the September 9, 2003 order granting Appellant's motion to dismiss pursuant to Pa.R.Crim.P. 600.
