Stacey Stroup ("Stroup") was convicted of Class C felony forgery,1 Class D felony obtaining a controlled substance by fraud or deceit,2 and three counts of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance3 in Marion Superior Court. Stroup now appeals, presenting the following restated issues for review:
