This is an appeal by Gloria Romaine (Claimant) from an order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision of a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) dismissing, as untimely filed, Claimant's petition to reinstate terminated benefits. On appeal Claimant asserts that the Board erred in affirming the dismissal of her petition on timeliness grounds when it measured the beginning date of the applicable three-year limitation...
