The judgment which entered on the defendants' motion for summary judgment is vacated. The order denying the plaintiff's motion for reconsideration is reversed. That part of the judgment which entered in favor of the defendants on the plaintiff's claim of retaliatory discrimination and constructive discharge is affirmed.
