COVINGTON, Judge.

Brent Michael Thornton appeals a judgment convicting him of sexual battery on a child under twelve years of age. He was sentenced to life imprisonment and deemed a sexual predator. The victim is Thornton's daughter, who was between the ages of six and nine when the events occurred.
