¶ 1. Eroll Mann was convicted of burglary of a business under Mississippi Code Annotated Section 97-17-33 (Rev.2000). He was sentenced as an habitual offender, under Mississippi Code Annotated Section 99-19-81 (Rev.2000), to serve seven years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections, without the possibility of parole.
