MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

DAWSON, District Judge.

Plaintiff brings suit alleging that Defendant employer's demotion of him was based on racial discrimination and in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1981. Currently before the Court is Defendant's motion to dismiss. (Doc. 2.) Defendant argues that Plaintiff's claim is time barred. For the reasons stated below, the Court concludes that the three year statute of limitations set forth in Ark.Code Ann....
