Appellant Dwane David Peterson was convicted of kidnapping and aggravated robbery, in violation of Minn.Stat. § 609.25, subd. 1 (2002) and Minn.Stat. § 609.245, subd. 1 (2002), and was sentenced by the trial court to consecutive prison terms of 78 and 48 months.
