As to the first incident, which occurred on August 2, 2000, the defendant was convicted of sexual assault in the second degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-71 (a)(1) (count two), sale of a hallucinogenic substance by a person who is not drug-dependent in violation of General Statutes § 21a-278...
