Terry Harper and his daughters, Angelica Dawn and Heidi, (collectively "the Harpers") appeal from the dismissal of their action to contest the will of Terry's mother, Jessie Harper, following a petition to the trial court requesting that Karen Boyce, Terry's sister, be allowed to proceed as personal representative of the estate ("Estate").
