Dreibelbiss Title Company, Inc., d/b/a Commonwealth/Dreibelbiss Title Company ("Title Company"), appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Fifth Third Bank, as successor in interest to Civitas Bank ("Fifth Third"), the trial court's denial of Title Company's cross-motion for summary judgment, and the trial court's denial of Title Company's motion to correct error.
