ANNUNZIATA, Judge.

Hospice Choice, Inc. (employer) appeals the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission's award of temporary total disability benefits to Hayes O'Quin. Employer argues that O'Quin's claim for benefits was barred by the statute of limitations. We find no error and affirm.
