John Bernice Vester appeals his conviction for one count of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence, third or subsequent offense within ten years, in violation of Code §§ 18.2-266 and 18.2-270.1 Vester argues the trial court erred in denying his motion to suppress his prior convictions for driving under the influence. For the reasons that follow, we affirm Vester's conviction.
