[¶ 1] This case involves appeals from the judgment and sentence convicting appellant Chandler A. Ingersoll of one count of felony possession of methamphetamine and one count of misdemeanor possession of marijuana, both in violation of Wyo. Stat. Ann. § 35-7-1031 (LexisNexis 2003).
