PER CURIAM:

Abdulkadir Dakane petitions this Court for review of the denial of his motion to reopen removal proceedings and reconsider the final order of removal against him based on his claim of ineffective assistance of counsel. We affirm.

Dakane attempted to enter the United States via Miami International Airport with the use of a Kenyan passport. Upon questioning by an immigration official, Dakane stated that he was actually a citizen and national of Somalia...
