William Delee Hardy was sentenced to 57 months imprisonment and two years supervised release after pleading guilty to possessing an unregistered firearm, in violation of 26 U.S.C. §§ 5845(a) and 5861(d). Hardy appeals the district court's1 two-level increase under U.S.S.G. § 2K2.1(b)(3). This court reviews de novo a district court's application of the sentencing guidelines, and its factual findings...
