¶ 1. Milton Clayton was convicted in the Circuit Court of Lauderdale County of burglary of a dwelling. He was sentenced to eighteen years in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Clayton now appeals and assigns the following issues as error: (1) the court erred in not granting a mistrial after the State mentioned other crimes allegedly committed by him, (2) the court erred in refusing to grant certain jury instructions...
