CONFESSION OF ERROR

PER CURIAM.

Based upon the Department of Business and Professional Regulation's confession of error, we vacate the Final Order of the Construction Industry Licensing Board waiving Stahl's right to a hearing for failing to timely respond to the Board's complaint and remand the case to the Board for further proceedings.
