[¶ 1] Appellant, Debbie Loberg (Loberg), submitted a claim to Appellee, Wyoming Workers' Safety and Compensation Division (Division), seeking benefits for expenses associated with her husband's burial. Loberg's husband died in an industrial accident. The Division denied her claim, and she requested a hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings.
