The City of Providence (the city or defendant) appeals from a Superior Court judgment awarding Harvard Pilgrim Health Care (Harvard Pilgrim or plaintiff) $484,907.46, plus $93,580.49 in interest and costs, for overassessing taxes on its ratable, tangible personal property for tax year 2000.
