Bryant J. King was convicted of distributing more than 50 grams, but less than 500 grams, of a mixture containing methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The district court sentenced King to 262 months' imprisonment to be followed by five years of supervised release.
