The St. Tammany Parish School Board (the School Board) appeals a judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC) awarding Sandra Tucker benefits and penalties.

FACTS

On October 30, 1997, Sandra Tucker was injured in a motor vehicle accident, while in the course and scope of her employment as a bus driver with the School Board. The School Board then commenced paying Ms. Tucker $187.60...
