SCHUMAN, J.

Plaintiff, a paramedic, alleged that defendant, his employer, unlawfully fired him because of his disability and because he filed a claim for workers' compensation benefits. The jury returned a verdict for the defense. On appeal, plaintiff assigns error to the trial court's refusal to instruct the jury that, in order to prevail, defendant had to prove that accommodating plaintiff would impose an undue hardship.
