After a jury trial in the Hampden County Superior Court, the defendant was convicted of home invasion, armed burglary, assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery. On appeal, the defendant argues that the evidence was insufficient to prove the charge of either home invasion or armed burglary.
