SMITH, Circuit Judge.

A jury convicted Bruce Thunder Horse of abusive sexual contact with K.L., a ten-year-old girl, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 1153, 2244(a)(1), and 2244(c). The district court1 sentenced him to twenty-seven months of incarceration, thirty-six months of supervised release, restitution in the amount of $296, and a $100 special assessment. On appeal, Thunder Horse contends that the district court abused its discretion...
