Bryan Coker (Claimant) petitions for a review of a December 8, 2003 order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the January 14, 2003 order of a Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ). The WCJ had granted in part Claimant's petition to review compensation benefits and denied Claimant's petition to modify compensation benefits.
