Oneta S. Cole filed a complaint, and later an amended complaint, in which she alleged violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ("FCRA"). The defendants, U.S. Capital, Inc., AutoNation USA Corp. ("AutoNation"),1 and Jerry Gleason Chevrolet, Inc. ("Gleason Chevrolet"), moved to dismiss the second amended complaint. The district court granted the defendants' motion.
