In 1999, Michael Henderson, then 19 years old, and his co-defendant, stole approximately $13,000 from Firstar Bank, where he worked. He was charged in a two-count indictment — the first count charged him with a violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 656 and 2, and the second count he was charged with bank larceny, a violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 2113(b) and 2.
