James and Joy Clark, and their minor children (the "appellants"), appeal the grant of summary judgment by the Fourth Judicial District Court for the Parish of Morehouse, Louisiana in favor of Shackelford Farms Partnership, Sida, Inc., JFS Farms, Inc., Tie Vine, Inc., Shelter Life Insurance Company, Bonita Elevator and MSI (collectively, "Shackelford"). For the following reasons, we affirm.
