We have consolidated these two appeals brought by Douglas Katerinos from separate though related district court cases. In the first, a "reverse discrimination" employment case, Mr. Katerinos appeals from the district court's order granting summary judgment in favor of the appellees. In the second, arising tangentially from the first, Mr. Katerinos appeals the dismissal of his claims of retaliatory harassment. We affirm the judgment in the first case and...
