We must determine the constitutionality of a warrantless arrest of Ramon Louis Rivera and the voluntariness of his custodial statement. Because we conclude that there was probable cause for Rivera's arrest, that there was no unreasonable delay in presenting him to a magistrate after arrest, and that his statements were voluntary, we affirm the district court's1 judgment of conviction for two narcotics offenses.
