After we remanded for an evidentiary hearing on defendant's petition for post-conviction relief ("PCR"), the PCR judge concluded that while defendant's mother and his attorney were involved in a "sexual liaison" during the course of defendant's representation by his designated public defender, it did not occur until after his guilty plea was entered.
