[¶ 1] Josephine Lovato Hutchins and Timothy M. Hernandez (appellants) appeal from the district court's order confirming Payless Auto Sales, Inc.'s (Payless) purchase of real property pursuant to Wyoming's partition statutes. The appellants claim that the district court erred by refusing to compensate them for waste, rents, and improvements to the property.
