BROWN, C.J.

Defendant, Jeffery Howard Ellis, was convicted of two counts of molestation of a juvenile and two counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile. He was sentenced to hard labor terms without benefit of parole or probation and without diminution of sentence for good behavior. The combination of concurrent and consecutive sentences resulted in a total of 12 years to be served. He has appealed his convictions and sentences...
