Michelle Longo (Appellant) appeals from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County (trial court) granting in part and denying in part her motion for a return of property. This property consisted of cash obtained from her jewelry store pursuant to a search warrant. The trial court concluded that Appellant was entitled to a return of $2,002 but not to the remaining $16,350, which was determined to be contraband...
