This appeal arises from a legal malpractice action in which a jury found that the defendant, Scott Hansen, did not act negligently in providing legal services to the plaintiff, Mario Nepanuseno. On appeal, Nepanuseno contends that the district court erred in denying his motion for a new trial because there was insufficient evidence to support the jury's verdict.
