¶ 1. Edward P. Keszenheimer, Jr. filed suit against Robert Clinton Boyd, Gail Swan Akin, Edwin Y. Hannan, William Carter Smallwood, III, James Randall Wallace, Jr., Boyd & Akin PLLC and Boyd, Akin, Hannan & Smallwood PLLC alleging legal malpractice.
