In this appeal, we consider the meaning of the word "any" the last time it appears in a federal statute dealing with the forfeiture of firearms. The underlying facts, which we can mercifully shorten, are that Joseph Fleischli was convicted of being a felon in possession of firearms, actually a bevy of firearms, and we rejected his challenge to the conviction last year.
