Theodore Barszczewski (Claimant) petitions for review of the order of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) affirming the order of a workers' compensation judge (WCJ) which denied Claimant's petition to review compensation benefits pursuant to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Workers' Compensation Act (Act).1 We affirm.
