Harris (Estate) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board) holding that the Estate was not eligible to pursue a claim for specific loss benefits on account of Harris' permanent injury that occurred before her death. Affirming the decision of the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ), the Board reasoned that Harris, while alive, was eligible to pursue a specific loss benefit...
