SULLIVAN, Justice.

Defendant Phillip A. Stroud was convicted by a jury of three murders, burglary, robbery, and attempted robbery. The jury recommended a sentence of death and the trial court imposed a death sentence for each of the three murders and twenty years for each of the other crimes. Defendant appeals his convictions and sentences. We affirm Defendant's convictions but vacate his sentences and remand the case to...
