In this adversary proceeding, Ryan Cramer, a co-defendant in the above-referenced adversary, seeks dismissal of the Plaintiffs' amended complaint against him. Cramer contends that the Plaintiffs, Joseph A. Keichel and Shelley Keichel ("Keichels") commenced a state court action in July of 2003 alleging a similar cause of action.
