LANKFORD, Judge.

¶ 1 Defendant Everett Gatliff (Defendant) appeals from his convictions and sentences for arson of an occupied structure and criminal damage. The only issue on appeal is whether a jury verdict for arson of an occupied structure necessarily includes a finding of dangerousness that permits an aggravated sentence, eliminating the need for a separate finding of dangerousness.
