¶ 1. James Allen Gibson, Jr. was convicted by a Harrison County jury of murdering his wife, Cynthia Gibson. He was sentenced to a term of life imprisonment in the custody of the Mississippi Department of Corrections. Feeling aggrieved by this verdict and sentence, he appeals and asserts the following issues: (1) whether his trial counsel provided ineffective assistance, (2) whether the circuit court erred in admission of certain testimony...
